Gratuity

We do not include gratuity as a forced charge like some other companies and artists do. We do truly appreciate the gesture behind providing your stylist(s) with the gratuity if they have provided the services and outcome that makes you feel as though they deserve the extra.

Early Start

We know elopements are a huge this in Estes Park being right at the entrance of the stunning Rocky Mountain National Park. We definitely can get you glowing and ready while you rest your eyes and drink your coffee before your sunrise I do's. However it is incredibly dangerous to have artists drive up the mountain during the middle of the night  so we require either you provide a room to the artist whereever you're staying or $200 (per artist) will be added for start times between 2am - 5am as that's the average rate of lodging in Summit County during Peak Season. For single bride elopements or even 2 peoples hair and makeup 1 artist is able to accomondate those weddings on their own.

$50 will be added for any booking service times between 5:15 am - 7:45 am PER stylist(s).

Holidays

$100 investment per artist will be included for holidays:

  • New Year's Day (January 1st)
  • Memorial Day (not the weekend, Last Monday in May)
  • Independence Day (July 4th)
  • Labor Day (not the weekend, First Monday in September)
  • Thanksgiving Day (Fourth Thursday in November)
  • Christmas Day (December 25th)

$50 investment per artist will be included for holidays:

  • Valentine's Day (February 14th)
  • Easter Sunday
  • Mother's Day (the second Sunday in May)
  • Father's Day (third Sunday in June)
  • Halloween (October 31st)
  • Christmas Eve (December 24th)
  • New Years Eve (December 31st)

Late Client /Artist Time Investment

$20 will be charged for every 20 minutes of delay for any stylist(s) when a client/ bridal / bridal party member is late for a scheduled start time and there is not someone present to take over the time spot, or if their scheduled service exceeds their allotted time because of client delays. This will be paid before the artist or client leaves. If the bridal party member is late on the event date, that time is deducted from the set time. If the stylist is not finished by the end of their allotted time because of said tardiness, the stylist will move on to the next wedding party member. If the stylist has time at the end of the set schedule, she will finish the person who was late. The stylist is not responsible for tardiness and unfinished work due to the party members being late. This is non-negotiable and will possibly affect the perfect outcome for the bride’s big day.

Artist Additional Time (post contracted service end time)

$80 per hour. Book your lead artist to stay post contracted end time to do touchups post ceremony, pictures, or through the night for anyone that received services. We will always book this to an artist that does both hair and makeup if those services are contracted.

-General Stylist(s) Questions-

Who will be my stylist for my event?

Jessica and one to two members of the team will be assigned to your wedding day. You’ll have direct communication with Jessica from your initial inquiry through your event, and you’ll also connect with your additional assigned stylist during your discovery call, Bridal Look Preview (if booked), and leading up to the event. We never switch artists without discussing it with you first.
✨ Booking early ensures we can match you with the stylist who’s the best fit for your needs.

Are the stylist(s) artist(s) licensed and insured?

Yes—all stylists on the team are fully licensed and insured in the state of Colorado.
✨ This gives you peace of mind knowing you’re in professional, qualified hands.

What do I as a client need to provide my stylists to insure the services run smooth?

We’ll arrive with everything we need for hair and makeup, but the space you provide makes a big difference in how smoothly things run. Please plan for:

  • A clean, clutter-free area where the stylist can move around freely

  • Good lighting (natural light is best!) and proper ventilation

  • Access to an outlet for styling tools

  • A table or flat surface for our kit setup and a sturdy chair for you

For safety and comfort:

  • Pets should be kept in a separate space

  • Children should stay clear of the work area during services

  • Stylists may choose the spot that works best for lighting, safety, and setup needs

👉 Please note: services will never be performed in a bathroom. If the space provided doesn’t meet these standards, we may request to move to a different area.

✨ A little preparation on your end ensures we can focus fully on you and give you the best experience possible.

What if a stylist has an emergency? How will that be handled? Will you just cancel?

We always have backup plans in place. If an emergency arises, another licensed and insured artist from networked team will step in to ensure your services are still delivered seamlessly. We will never leave you without coverage.
✨ This is one of the biggest benefits of booking a team instead of a solo artist—you’ll never be left stranded.

What if I need multiple stylists for an event?

No problem at all! For larger parties or tighter timelines, we’ll bring in additional stylists so everything runs smoothly and on schedule. Here’s how it works:

  • Up to 7 services → 1 stylist will handle everything (unless your timeline is very short, 4 hours or less, in which case we’ll add support).

  • 8–15 services → A second stylist will automatically be added. (Additional stylist investment: $65)

  • More than 15 services → A third stylist may be added, especially if the timeline is short (5 hours or less). (Each additional stylist is $65)

  • For very large bookings, we’ll continue adding stylists at a ratio of 1 stylist per 6 services or based on timeline needs.

✨ Booking early helps us secure the right number of stylists for your group and guarantees your morning runs stress-free, with everyone ready on time.

What about tipping my stylist(s)?

Tips are not built into your invoice. Any gratuity is left entirely to your discretion and goes directly to your stylists on the day of your event.
✨ Most clients love knowing their appreciation goes straight to their artist.

What if I'm having a destination wedding and have only 1 stylist booked?

For smaller groups or intimate weddings, a single stylist can often provide all services. Travel, accommodations, and scheduling will be discussed upfront so you know exactly what to expect.
✨ Planning ahead ensures we can lock in travel details well before your big day.

What if I'm having a destination wedding and have multiple stylists booked?

For larger destination weddings, we’ll assign the full team of stylists to travel to you. Travel, accommodations, and logistics will be arranged in advance, so your day runs smoothly no matter where you’re getting married.
✨ The earlier we plan, the easier it is to coordinate travel and team logistics seamlessly.

What if I don't want to book a Bridal Look Preview, will I be able to talk to me day of stylist before the event?

Yes! Even if you choose not to book a Bridal Look Preview, you’ll still connect with Jessica and your assigned stylist during your discovery call or planning process so you feel comfortable before your wedding day.

We also schedule a “Contact Date” video call with your stylist about 4–6 weeks out from your wedding. This gives us the chance to see your hair and skin, go over final details, and make sure you and your stylist feel connected and prepared for your big day.

✨ This ensures you feel confident, supported, and ready—even without a preview appointment.

-Products and Styling-

Why we use Traditional Makeup and Application over Airbrush?

Traditional makeup offers unparalleled customization and control. It allows for a truly personalized experience where the artist can touch, feel, and blend products to perfection, ensuring the makeup complements each bride's unique features and skin type. This hands-on approach ensures flawless results, from a natural glow to full glam. Unlike airbrush, which may be suitable for humid climates, traditional makeup provides versatility and adaptability for any environment, making it a reliable choice for brides seeking a timeless and picture-perfect look.

Do I need to worry about touch-ups??

You can always hire extra time at the end of the scheduled getting-ready time if you want for touch-ups and changes. We guarantee your hair and makeup will stay as long as you aren’t doing wild and crazy stuff. My joke is you get one massive rain storm or a solid dramatic Kim K cry before anything on your face will move. And 9 out of 10 times hair naturally does what hair does depending on how you choose to have it styled but we never hear after wedding days from past brides that they got fizzy or the curls fell.

I leave every single client a touch-up kit (your sponge with extra foundation, a puff with powder, a touch-up sample of your custom lipstick if you don’t use your own, a mini eye glue, and other helping things before I leave so if something happens you aren’t left with no way to fix it)!

-Bridal Look Preview Information-

When should I book my Bridal Look Preview?

Bridal Look Previews are scheduled 4–6 weeks before your wedding day. This ensures your hair length, skin tone, and inspiration photos are all current and reflective of your final wedding vision.

Where do I go for my Bridal Look Preview?

Previews take place at our designated studio spaces (details will be provided once your preview is scheduled). We’ve chosen a couple beautiful Denver metro area locations that are easy to access, so you don’t have to worry about travel stress. If you want a trial in Summit County we are currently working with a salon in Silverthorne that might allow us to offer services there during the summer. So if we are up for a wedding we can do trials after those on weekends.

What do I need to have prepared before my Bridal Look Preview?

Bring your inspiration photos, veil/hair accessories (if you have them), and arrive with clean, dry skin and hair. If you’re still finalizing details like jewelry or hairpieces, don’t worry—we’ll work with what you have and talk through options.

The point of a Bridal Look Preview is just that—a practice run of your full wedding look. To get the most accurate results, we recommend scheduling any other “trials” you plan to do for your big day before your preview. For example:

  • Spray tan: Get it the day before your preview so your makeup reflects your actual wedding-day skin tone.

  • Extensions: If you plan on wearing them, have them ready and bring them to your preview.

  • Brows: Come with them freshly groomed (threaded, waxed, or your usual routine).

  • Skin prep: A facial or dermaplane 3–4 days before helps your makeup apply flawlessly.

Brides who arrive unprepared often feel like their preview isn’t “perfect,” which can cause nerves. Coming prepared gives us more accurate communication points, allows us to test products properly, and lets you see the true longevity and finish of your look—so you leave confident and excited!

Who do you offer Bridal Look Previews to?

Previews are offered only to contracted brides. The Bridal Look Preview is all about you—making sure you feel confident, comfortable, and excited for your big day.

If a mom, bridal party member, or guest would like to experience a preview of their own, they’re welcome to book a regular hair and makeup appointment separately at another time. Your Bridal Look Preview is reserved as your moment to shine.

What if I want to book a Bridal Look Preview before I sign a contract?

Bridal Look Previews can only be scheduled after your contract and deposit are complete. This guarantees your date is secured—without a signed contract, we can’t promise your wedding day will still be available.

That being said, if you’d like an in-person “interview” with one of our bridal artists before committing, you’re welcome to book a regular hair and makeup appointment for a special occasion (like an engagement shoot, date night, or attending someone else’s wedding).

Just keep in mind: a service booked months—or even a year—before your wedding isn’t considered a Bridal Look Preview. We won’t treat it as a trial run for your wedding day because hair, skin, and even style choices change with the seasons (think spray tans, hair texture, skin tone, etc.). For the most accurate and helpful results, your true Bridal Look Preview should happen about 4–6 weeks before your wedding.

Who should be there for my Bridal Look Preview with me?

You’re welcome to bring one trusted guest (like a friend, fiance, sibling, or mom). Too many opinions can be overwhelming, so we recommend keeping it simple and focused on your vision.

Why can't I book a Bridal Look Preview at night or on Saturdays?

Nights; because the lighting is never the same. You want to try to book your trial around the time of day you will be getting your service on wedding day. That's the point of the preview to see how it wears, how it stands up to the amount of time it needs to last, how the vibe fits with the natural or indoor lighting. It's pointless to pay all that money for a preview just to get it done and go home and wash it off.

Saturdays: (During Peak Season May - October) are reserved exclusively for weddings and events. Previews are scheduled on weekdays and some Sundays so that your artist is able to give you unrushed, focused attention without the time constraints of a busy wedding day.
